Some of the best reasons for a song are already in your phone's gallery: a wedding portrait, a parent's birthday, a newborn's first week, a grandparent's old photo, a trip with friends. On Autunes you can start a song from that picture instead of a blank box. Open Create, tap "Song from a photo" under "Describe your song", and choose the photo.
The AI looks at the picture and writes a short song idea into the box: who is in it (a couple, a mother and her baby, three friends), the occasion if it shows (a wedding, a birthday, Diwali, a trip), the feeling the song should carry and a music style that suits the scene. You read it, add what only you know (names, the occasion, a memory), pick the language, and press Create. A few minutes later you have a full song, sung, with lyrics about that moment.

How to make a song from a photo
- Open Create and stay on the Simple tab.
- Tap "Song from a photo" under the Describe your song box and choose a JPG, PNG or phone photo.
- Read the song idea the AI writes. Add names, the occasion or one real memory.
- Choose the language and press Create. The song is ready in about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Not quite right? Change the idea and create again, or try a different photo.
Photos that make good songs
The idea is only as good as what the picture shows, so photos with a clear moment work best: a couple at their wedding or engagement, a birthday with the cake on the table, parents on their anniversary, a baby with a parent, a group of friends on a trip, a family lighting diyas on Diwali, a grandparent's old portrait. A photo with no story in it, such as a landscape, still works: the AI describes its mood and you add what the song should be about.

Can AI make a song from a photo?

Will the song say the names of the people in the photo?
Only if you add them. The AI describes people by relationship (a couple, a mother and her baby) and never guesses names, so type the names into the idea before you create.
Is my photo uploaded or made public?
No. The photo is shrunk in your browser and read once to write the song idea. It is not saved, not attached to the song and not used as its cover. The song itself follows your plan's usual setting: free-plan songs are public by default and you can switch any song to private.
