Many pastors and cell-group leaders already write: a short devotion every morning, a summary of Sunday's sermon, a prayer for the week. Most members do not read long messages on WhatsApp, but many will listen to three minutes on the way to work. AudPod turns that writing into narrated audio with soft music under the voice, in the language your church speaks.
Step by step
- Open AudPod on Autunes and choose "My script".
- Paste your devotion, sermon summary or prayer. Leave a blank line wherever you want a pause.
- Choose the language: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada (male narrator) and more. Malayalam narration is not available yet.
- Choose a Male or Female narrator; keep the same choice every day so the series sounds consistent.
- Choose Calm, Peaceful flute or No music.
- Choose the length (3 or 5 minutes on any plan, up to 10 on Pro, 20 on Creator) and create.
What works well
- A morning devotion: one verse, a short reflection, a prayer. Three minutes.
- Sunday's sermon in five minutes, for members who missed it.
- A prayer guide for a week of prayer and fasting, one AudPod per day.
- Bible study background: the setting of a book or a passage, before the group meets.
Points of care
Use "My script" for anything that quotes Scripture, so verses are read exactly as written, and check that you may use your Bible translation's text. Listen to each AudPod before you send it. The narrator is an AI voice, so tell your members that it is narrated audio, not the pastor speaking.
Cost and privacy
Your first AudPod, up to 5 minutes, is free. After that a 3 or 5 minute AudPod costs 10 credits on every plan; Pro goes up to 10 minutes (15 credits) and Creator up to 20 minutes (20 credits). On the free plan AudPods are published to Browse → AudPod where anyone can listen; on Pro and Creator they stay private unless you publish them.
For a church sending daily audio, Pro adds 200 credits a month that can be used only on AudPod, enough for about twenty 5-minute AudPods, and keeps them private.
