1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Autunes ("the Service"), operated by Autunes ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Autunes is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music from text descriptions. Our Service includes:

  • AI music generation from text prompts
  • Multiple genre support including Bollywood, Hindi, Punjabi, and 70+ other genres
  • Audio-to-audio remix features (Pro/Creator plans)
  • Music library and playlist management
  • Download and sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Autunes, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Autunes offers Free, Pro (₹599/month), and Creator (₹2,999/month) plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Content Ownership & License

Your Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts and lyrics you submit. For AI-generated music:

  • Free Plan: You may use generated music for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Pro Plan: You receive a license for commercial use including YouTube monetization, social media, and podcasts
  • Creator Plan: Full commercial rights including sync licensing and distribution

Our Rights

We retain ownership of the Autunes platform, AI models, and underlying technology. We may use anonymized usage data to improve our Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Autunes to:

  • Generate content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
  • Create hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Impersonate artists or claim AI music as human-created
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
  • Abuse the Service through automated scripts or bots
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the platform

7. Fair Usage Policy

Each plan includes a credit allowance. Zori3 costs 10 credits per song, Zori2 costs 5 credits per song. Abusive usage patterns may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension:

  • Free: 35 credits (lifetime) + 20 credits/day refill
  • Pro: 300 credits/month + 20 credits/day safety net
  • Creator: 1100 credits/month + 20 credits/day safety net
  • Extra credits: ₹199 for 100 credits (any plan)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific quality or output of AI-generated music
  • That generated content will be unique or not similar to existing works
  • Compatibility with all devices or platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autunes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period
  • Provisions regarding ownership, liability, and disputes survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
