There are two distinct issues that often get muddled: whether you are permitted to use the track commercially, and whether anyone else has a competing claim to it. The first is settled by the plan you generated it on. The second is about your inputs.
If your lyrics are original and your prompt describes a sound rather than reproducing someone else's song, there is no competing claim. If you pasted in copyrighted lyrics or tried to recreate a specific existing recording, the generation being AI-made does not clear that.
