Skyward Glow

[Intro]

(Ooh, ooh...)

(Mmm, mmm...)

[Verse 1]

From the dust of my heavy ground,

A quiet grace has been finally found.

You breathe life in my weary bones,

And lead me far from the silent stones.

My tattered wings begin to feel the air,

Leaving behind all the dark despair.

A spark is ignited deep inside my soul,

Making me complete and making me whole.

[Pre]

The sky is calling me away,

To leave the dark and see the day.

[Chorus]

Bless the Lord now, soul,

Let His grace take control!

Rise on wings of light,

Soaring in the open sky!

Strength is renewed and strong,

This is my joyful song—

High above the earth below,

Where the rivers of mercy flow.

[Verse 2]

He pardons all of my deepest wrongs,

And fills my quiet heart with songs.

The broken pieces find their place again,

Like gentle blossoms after summer rain.

A new horizon stretches before my eyes,

As all my past and heavy shadows die.

I am covered in His boundless love,

Guided by the light that shines above.

[Chorus]

Bless the Lord now, soul,

Let His grace take control!

Rise on wings of light,

Soaring in the open sky!

Strength is renewed and strong,

This is my joyful song—

High above the earth below,

Where the rivers of mercy flow.

[Bridge]

I will not look back to the ground,

In Your great grace I am finally bound.

Higher than all of the clouds can be,

Your perfect love has now set me free!

[Chorus]

Bless the Lord now, soul,

Let His grace take control!

Rise on wings of light,

Soaring in the open sky!

Strength is renewed and strong,

This is my joyful song—

High above the earth below,

Where the rivers of mercy flow.

[Outro]

Soaring so high and free,

This is who I am to be.

(Mmm, mmm...)

(Soaring high...)
