Morgen Dumm

Style: German hard techno rave, 155 BPM, absurd comedy club track with two completely different male singers. Singer 1 is an extremely deep bass male spoken voice. He repeatedly chants “Ohne Kaffee und Rum – ist der Morgen dumm” while a techno buildup gets increasingly intense. After the final isolated “DUMM”, the beat completely stops. Then a massive techno drop begins and Singer 2 enters: a completely different young male singer with a very high, soft, airy falsetto/head voice. Singer 2 sings a simple euphoric melodic hook. “Du bist dumm” is short, while “genug” is stretched melodically for several beats: “Du bist dumm ge-Nuuuuuuug”. Singer 1 must never sing the second hook. Singer 2 must never use a deep voice. Extreme contrast between deep spoken buildup and high melodic falsetto drop. No additional lyrics.
