At Autunes, we want you to be satisfied with our AI music generation service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions.
2. Subscription Plans
Autunes offers the following paid plans:
- Pro Plan: ₹599/month — 300 credits/month, Audio2Audio, LoRA styles
- Creator Plan: ₹2,999/month — 1,100 credits/month, stem separation, priority generation
- Extra Credits: ₹199 — 100 credits top-up (any plan, non-refundable)
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
- You have not used more than 5 song generations on the paid plan
- There is a significant service outage lasting more than 48 hours during your billing period
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:
- More than 7 days have passed since your payment
- You have substantially used the service during the billing period
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the service
- Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- You request a refund for a renewal payment (cancel before renewal instead)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at shalini@autunes.vip with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email)
- Wait for review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect
- UPI refunds typically process within 2-3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"

6.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your generated music and playlists remain accessible
- You can resubscribe at any time
7. Partial Refunds & Credits
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as extended service disruptions), we may offer:
- Pro-rated credits for future billing cycles
- Extension of your current subscription period
- Bonus generation credits
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account pending investigation
- Permanently ban your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent
- Contest the chargeback with supporting evidence

9. Free Plan
The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore no refund applies. If you're unsure about upgrading, we recommend trying the Free plan first to experience Autunes before committing to a paid subscription.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
