Autunes has two engine families. Zori5 Turbo is the fast one, built for quick songs on every plan. The XL engine is the one we tune for fidelity: fuller arrangements, cleaner mixes and the most convincing vocals. On 2 October 2026 XL moved from Zori5 XL to Zori5.5 XL.
What changed
- More human vocals. In our side-by-side listening tests Zori5.5 XL came out as the more natural singer, especially on slow Hindi ballads and devotional songs, where held notes and soft phrasing give a weaker model away.
- Same lyrics discipline. Zori5.5 XL sings the words you give it, in the script you wrote them in, across 50+ languages.
- Same price. An XL song still costs 15 credits.
- No new setting. Every XL song made since 2 October 2026 uses Zori5.5 XL. Songs made earlier keep the Zori5 XL label, so you can always tell which engine sang a track.
Medium, Creative and Wild
XL comes in three styles on the Create page, and all three now run on Zori5.5 XL:
- Medium: a lighter, quicker XL render. On the free plan it is available for songs with your own lyrics.
- Creative: the deepest XL render, for the most detailed result on every song. Pro and Creator.
- Wild: a high-energy path with punchier drums and bass, made for hip-hop, trap, EDM and anthems. Pro and Creator.
Turbo or XL?
Pick Zori5 Turbo when you want a song fast or you are trying ideas: it costs 10 credits and is quick. Pick Zori5.5 XL for the version you will share, release or gift: it takes a little longer and the voice is noticeably more lifelike.
