A song travels further with a picture attached. Drops is the part of Autunes built for that: a vertical feed of short videos, each one carrying an Autunes song.
Two ways to make a Drop
- "I have a song": pick one of your songs, add a video or photo, and choose which part of the song plays. The clip window can start anywhere and must be at least 3 seconds long, so you can feature the chorus instead of the intro.
- "I have a video": upload a clip or a photo and Autunes makes original music that fits it, as long as the video (10 to 60 seconds).
What you can upload
Videos in MP4, MOV or WebM up to 200 MB, or a JPG, PNG or WebP photo. Vertical 9:16 looks best because the feed is full screen on phones. Photos play with a slow zoom so they do not sit still. Add a caption if you like.
In the feed
Drops play one at a time as people scroll. The song is the sound; the visuals play muted on top. Viewers can like a Drop, open the song it uses, and share it. Each Drop shows its likes and views.
On your own Drops you also get Edit (change the media, the caption or the part of the song that plays), Delete, and Save.
Saving a Drop as a video
Save records the visuals and the song together into a vertical video file in your browser, ready for Instagram, YouTube Shorts or WhatsApp. It records in real time, so keep the tab open until it is done. On the free plan this costs ₹19 once per song; on Pro and Creator it is included.
